1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and judikis ("Platform", "we", "judikis"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and services provided by judikis.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the judikis platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, even before formal registration.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy judikis, each of which forms part of your overall agreement with us.

2 Eligibility & Registration

• Notify judikis immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your account information — including your full name, date of birth, and banking details — is always accurate and up to date.
• Not transferring, selling, or allowing any other party to access your account.

Judikis uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect user accounts. However, judikis is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security.

4 Deposit & Payments

Judikis accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including local bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform at the relevant time.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary based on account status and verification level.
• Judikis is not liable for any fees or commissions charged by third-party payment providers.
• Confirmed deposit funds will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe based on your chosen payment method.

5 Withdrawal of Wins

Win withdrawals from judikis are processed promptly — typically within 15 minutes for major payment methods — subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified in the user's name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings and vary according to the user's VIP tier.
• Judikis reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals exceeding certain amounts for fraud prevention purposes.

6 Bonus & Promotions

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering ratio is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

• Colluding with other players in games that involve competition between users.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

Judikis respects the privacy of every user. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy judikis, each of which forms part of these Terms.

• Your personal data is collected for identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and platform improvement purposes.
• Judikis does not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for legitimate platform operations.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the judikis support team.

10 Liability Limits

The judikis platform is provided "as-is" and we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but we do not make absolute guarantees regarding availability at all times.

11 Account Termination

Judikis reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or security concerns.
• Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

Users may also request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting the judikis support team. For accounts closed at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned after applicable deductions and a final verification process.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, judikis reserves the right to withhold balances and winnings associated with the violating activity.

12 Terms Amendment

Judikis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the judikis website.

For significant changes, judikis will endeavor to provide users with reasonable advance notice via their registered email or in-platform notification. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions.
